Kids and youth development programs and bootcamps
Kids
Designed for younger children under the age of 12 years to build strong foundations essential in the development of positive life-skills through understanding respect, values, cultural diversity, and the importance of making good choices.
Youth
Designed for youth between the ages of 7-17 years and older (suitable for all-ages in appropriate age groups) to assist in the development of leadership, teamwork, confidence, resilience, respect, discipline, cultural identity and diversity, and foundational life-skills; based on a military training model.
Advanced youth
Designed to propel youth (minimum age 12 years) to a higher level of effective team participation with a specific focus on leadership development, problem solving, resilience, effective communication, cultural competency, and activities.
Designed to develop leadership, teambuilding skills, safety, communications skills, responsibility, and confidence for: youth, corporate organisations, school groups, sporting groups and social groups.
Alternatively: the unique TRYP laser-tag activities (LIDATS), are available as a stand-alone, fun-filled, action-packed, and social activity medium, to develop inter-personal and intra-personal relationships, in a fun-filled environment tailored for parties and social functions.
TRYP LIDATS - Laser-tag individual development and training systems
School leadership and teambuilding incursions and workshops
Designed and tailored specifically for primary or secondary age school youth to encourage learning and develop respect whilst developing leadership and teambuilding skills, communication skills and confidence through the participation in a variety of fun-filled, value-based themed TRYP activities.
One-2-One mentoring programs
Provides an opportunity for participants (of all ages) to develop inter-personal and intra-personal skills through the participation in specifically tailored Mentoring Programs, designed to deliver One-2-One Mentoring; to meet the needs of individuals; to encourage, equip, and empower participants to effect positive change in their lives, to assist them to reach their potential.
Designed to equip participants (15 years and older) with the necessary skills, knowledge, attitudes, and work ethos to become competitive, safe, sort-after, high-valued, dependable, and responsible, employees in the workplace.

Designed for corporate, business, community, and sporting organisations, to develop confident and trustworthy leaders and loyal and productive team members, who work coherently, collaboratively, and respectfully together, to achieve efficient and effective organisational outcomes.

Aboriginal mental health first aid and well-being training
Training delivered (minimum age 12 years to all ages) to promote and maximise positive physical and psychological health and well-being and nurture a feeling of control over one’s emotions resulting with good cognitive functioning and positive interactions with others. This healthy state of well-being allows individuals to perform well at work, in their studies, in their family, in their community and with other social relationships.
This Training is designed and delivered by Qualified First Nations Trainers and Instructors. The training specifically focusing on, is sensitive to, and safely adheres to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Protocols.
Consultancy
Provide advice, analysis, and recommendations to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women who are interested in joining the Defence Force or are already an existing serving member.
