About TRYP
TRYP (To Reach Your Potential) Programs are designed for all persons, children, young people and adults and cater for corporate, business, community, sporting and school organisations.
TRYP Programs can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of each organisation.
Whatever program is undertaken by TRYP participants, they are introduced to physically and mentally challenging activities in a controlled environment to develop leadership, teamwork and life skills qualities.
The ultimate aim of TRYP Programs is to empower individuals to reach their potential and effect change in themselves, their family, their workplace and their community. TRYP has a “mentor and teach whilst challenge” philosophy in delivering these programs.
TRYP programs facilitate the opportunity for youth to engage in employment and vocational pathways through the delivery of foundational life skills.

TRYP passionately believes in the importance of building life foundational skills which underpins the opportunities to engage in educational and employment pathways. TRYP facilitates this through developing leadership and team building skills within each individual person. TRYP encourage individuals to keep engaged in learning by providing opportunities for mentoring.

All individuals at some time in life experience, change, difficult circumstances and stressful life events. TRYP has the motto: “We don’t quit! We don’t leave our mates behind” Building resilience skills within an individual is a key component of all TRYP Programs. TRYP programs are well designed to develop resilience skills in individuals to bounce back, learn and grow.

TRYP understand the importance of building and keeping strong family relationship. Family relationships are a source of care, emotional support, fun, practical, financial and material help. Positive family relationships provide security and a sense of belonging.
