As a very proud Bundjalung, Torres Strait Islander and Pacific Islands Indigenous Ex-Serving Veteran Soldier, Ngun Yarra… Mene:endin Ngarm:au: wee (welcome and thank you), for your interest in what the TRYP Team and I, with like-minded individuals and organisations consistently strive to achieve, to assist our TRYP participants (particularly our Youth), through the delivery of our suite of unique TRYP Development, Training, and Mentoring Programs.
 
TRYP Programs are designed and delivered utilizing a military type model to foster and develop respect, confidence, and resilience. Over several years of engagement with community, training and education institutions, sporting bodies and  organisations, TRYP has identified that throughout our journey (simply doing life), everyone at one time or another, will be challenged physically, emotionally, mentally or spirituality. Particularly our Youth. TRYP strives to engage, encourage, and empower our participants, to develop the tools to cope with the challenges of life and make better choices based on respect, discipline, and righteousness.
 
TRYP Programs delivers training and mentoring to assist our participants to develop foundational life-skills, leadership, teambuilding skills and culture, based on respect, discipline, and values.
 
The theme of TRYP is: “To Teach and Mentor whilst Challenge” by providing our TRYP participants with an opportunity to undertake TRYP Training in a safe environment, to ultimately assist our participants, to develop their individual, “Balugahn (Warrior) Spirit”.
 
The ethos of TRYP is: “Do Not Quit and Do Not Leave Your Mates Behind”.    
 
The heart of TRYP is: “Be the best person you can possibly be by contributing to your family, your community, your school or your workplace, in a positive way”
 
TRYP is about teaching our participants to not only strive to be successful; but strive to excel in every aspect of their lives.
